Shipping

 

  • Most Jewelry items are ready for delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

  • For our bridal rings (Engagement Rings and Wedding Rings) and custom jewelry, we create each of them on demand to adjust the design to any of your specific requests. Handcrafted in our atelier by our master jewellers, you get an ethical high-quality jewel delivered at your door within 2 weeks.

  • We ship all around Canada and the United States.

  • If a special request is required with regards to delivery, then please email us at Firocreations@Gmail.com and we do what we can to accommodate the Guest request.

  • Anything ordered after 12 pm is considered next business day

Warranty

 

Each one of our jewels is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. This means that, in the case that something happens to your Firo Creations jewelry that you believe was the result of a craftsmanship defect, we are more than happy to assess the situation. As soon as we confirm that the defect came from the making process, we’ll repair or replace the damaged part(s) of your jewel, completely free of charge.

To ensure the longevity of your Firo Creations Jewelry and to ensure you receive our Lifetime Warranty, we invite you to send us your jewelry for an aftercare check-up every two years.

Please note that our Lifetime Warranty applies only to craftsmanship defects -- stone quality and defects, not included -- and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear.

Refunds

 

Full refund within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for return the item must not have been worn, have tags still attached and original packaging intact. Custom items or engraved items are final Sale.
