Shipping (Canada & United States):
- We create each custom piece on demand and take care in adjusting the design to your specific requests. Pieces can be delivered to your door within 2 weeks of project approval date.
- If a special request is required with regards to delivery, please email us at firocreations@gmail.com and accommodations can be made.
Warranty:
All of our custom pieces are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. In the case that something happens to your Firo Creations jewellery that you believe was the result of a craftsmanship defect, we are more than happy to assess the situation. If we confirm that the defect came from the creation process, we will repair or replace the damaged part(s) of your piece, completely free of charge.
To ensure the longevity of your Firo Creations jewellery, we invite you to send us your piece for an aftercare check-up every two years.
Please note that our Lifetime Warranty applies only to craftsmanship defects - stone quality and normal wear and tear is not included.
Pricing
All pricing of our gallery pieces and future projects is available by inquiry only. Repair services pricing is quoted after in-person inspection of the item.
